NationwideParty.Com is committed to your privacy. We appreciate
the sensitivity of any private information that you that you
disclose to us and pledge to treat your account information with
the highest level of care.
USER INFORMATION
We use the information that we collect from you to process orders
and provide a more personalized web experience. We may also use it
to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers
we think that you may find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent
your personal information to others without your permission.
Financial information that is collected is only used to bill you
for products or services.
Some other information is provided "passively" by you, meaning
that NationwideParty.Com obtains this information when you log in.
This is primarily done through the use of "cookies" Cookies are
used by NationwideParty.com's website to verify and retain your
log
in information. A cookie is a small
text that many websites write through your browser when you visit
them. A cookie can only be read by the site that places it, so
NationwideParty.com "can't see where you have been" based on any
other cookies in your browser.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION
NationwideParty.com feels that no order is too small. We will ship
any size order. However, any order under $25.00 is subject to a
$5.00 handling charge. Any order over $125.00 qualifies for free
freight within the continental United States. Please note, certain
heavy or oversized items will not qualify for our free freight
program. We generally ship UPS ground though on large orders, we
may ship by common carrier. All prices quoted are for shipments
within the continental United States.
NationwideParty.com will ship your
in stock items within 24-48 hours. We ship from Brooklyn, New York
so please take shipping time into consideration when placing your
order. East Coast is generally 1-2 days, Central States are 3-5
days and the West Coast is 5-7 days transit time from when it
leaves our warehouse. Next day, second day or third day deliveries
are available at additional cost. We cannot be held responsible or
liable for any late deliveries.
SALES TAX
By law we are
required to charge sales tax to any orders shipped within the
state of New York. This policy goes into effect September 1,
2006.
RETURNS
Requests for returns must be
made to our Customer Service Department within 10 business days of
receipt of you order. We will only accept merchandise in its
original packaging and condition. If a package is delivered in a
visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number
of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make
note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may
lose your right to make a claim with the delivery company.
We will credit to your account in
full for the following reasons: We have shipped you the wrong
items or the carrier has lost or damaged your shipment. Within 30
days of the original invoice, we will issue you a return
authorization for any reason subject to the following conditions:

Customer agrees to pay full return freight

Items are returned in “full case” and in resalable unopened
condition.
In addition, all returned items are
subject to a 15% restocking charge. We will not take back any
returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. We do not
accept freight collect returns.
Please note that all claims of
damage should by made to the carrier, not to NationwideParty.com.
(The carriers have special procedures to handle claims)
COLORS
The Colors shown
throughout our website are the closest match possible. The
tableware, napkins and tablecloths may vary slightly from the
sample shown. We will not accept any returns for colors being off
a shade. If you are in doubt about a color, please request a
sample and we will be happy to send it to you at no cost. |
